📶 Bedroom 2 – En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, jacuzzi, and double sinks. Located upstairs with a private balcony.

💳 100% payment required to secure the villa. Booking will be confirmed immediately after payment.
💵 A house security deposit of 2,500 USD is required on the check-in day and will be refunded in full upon check-out if there are no damages.

🔸 The villa reserves the right to postpone or cancel stays with a full refund in certain cases.
